Fritz and I met in school, grade school to be more specific. I transferred to Sakya in 1985 while Fritz transferred to Sakya in 1986. Although we knew each other (we belonged to the same batch and the school population isn't that big) it wasn't until the sixth grade that we were formally introduced and our freshman year that we became friends.

Fritz actually liked one of my friends and that was the reason we started talking. We got to know each other better over the summer of 1989, Fritz claims that I was the one who called him first but I honestly don't recall :p. Anyways, we would talk on the phone for hours everyday even when school started. We eventually started hanging out in the same circle and became best friends.

By mid-1990 Fritz started courting me, to be honest my attention was directed towards somebody else but his patience and love won out in the end. We officially became a couple on January 31, 1991. And after 10 years of love and friendship with little bumps along the way, we're tying the knot! :)

Some tidbits:

• We found out that my mom and his dad were childhood friends.
• We frequented the same pool somewhere in the Horseshoe area when we were kids.
• We're both the eldest sibling in our family.
• We both share the rabbit sign in chinese astrology.
